Know your customers and you'll see the money.

A smart solution that accurately analyzes customer counts and customer attributes using cutting-edge AI technology and provides business insights!

🔹Key Features

Accurate Entry Counting

Using AI technology, it accurately counts customers entering through hallways, sliding doors, swing doors, or revolving doors.

Gender and Age Recognition

Leverage AI to automatically recognize your customers' gender and age, and provide detailed customer analysis data.

Customer Image Storage

If enabled in the Options settings, each customer's face image will be automatically saved and can be easily viewed by clicking on the graph bar at the time of entry.

Real-Time Data Analysis

Automatically generates daily/weekly/monthly time-based, gender-based, and age-based analysis reports to support business decision-making.

Existing CCTV Integration

It can be used in conjunction with existing security system cameras and can count up to four entrances simultaneously.

🔹How it works
  1. Security CCTV cameras are installed on the ceiling, facing customers entering the facility.
  2. The system recognizes people using AI and tracks their movements.
  3. If a person's trajectory exceeds the minimum track length below the boundary line, they are counted as entering.
  4. For each customer, AI zooms in on their face, identifies their gender and age, and records their information.
  5. If the face is not visible, an AI algorithm is applied to identify gender and age based on outfit.

🔹How to use

System Configuration

  • Connect the Deep Runner device to a camera port on your existing CCTV system.
  • Connect the Deep Runner's other Ethernet port to the router.
  • Connect the management PC via Wi-Fi only when necessary.

Camera Settings

  • Connect to the AI set-top control panel via an internet browser on your laptop. Configure the camera settings using a mouse connected to the USB port on the back of the AI Security Guard device. If there are one or more but fewer than four connected cameras, click the 2x2 icon. If there are five or more connected cameras, click the 3x3 icon.

Graph View, Photo View

  • A graph showing access statistics is displayed in the lower right corner of the control panel. The default graph is the last two hours. Select from Today, Yesterday's 24-Hour, This Week, Last Week, This Month, or Last Month's Month. Click the Print icon to print the graph. Clicking a bar on the graph displays photos of visitors who entered during that time (if configured to save visitor images).

Camera Installation

  • Install the CCTV camera on the ceiling so that it faces visitors at an angle. The distance between the camera and the visitor may vary depending on the camera's focal length, but the camera's view should be similar to the following image.
